Hello and thanks for visiting our website. We are Lucy and Eddie Hope, and we run La Fourchette Folle restaurant and bar in Roubia, one of the prettiest villages on the Canal du Midi. In the restaurant Eddie is the Head Chef, while Lucy is your hostess - you’ll probably meet us both while you are here.

Our bar has become very popular both with local French people and also with the large ex-patriot community in the area.

For special occasions, such as birthday, engagement or wedding parties, or simply a big family get–together, you can book the whole restaurant for lunch or dinner.
